tesa® 7379 Aluminium Foil Tape – Thermal insulation

Product Description

tesa® 7379 is a pure aluminium foil tape with a paper release liner, coated with an acrylic adhesive mass. The aluminium tape is ideal for securing heating and cooling lines in refrigeration. The tape can also be used for joining and sealing foil-faced thermal insulation on roofs and air conditioning. The highly conformable aluminium backing makes tesa® 7379 ideal for joining reinforced or unreinforced foil-faced insulation. The aluminium tape has a temperature resistance of up to 65°C, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. The aluminium tape is resistant to moisture, is impermeable to water vapour and offers protection against oil and acids. tesa® 7379 is flame retardant in accordance with AS 1530 Part 3-1976

tesa® 600 Series PVC Foam Tape – Waterproof sealing, concrete waterproofing

Product Description

tesa 6000 is a super soft grade closed cell PVC foam tape with an acrylic adhesive on one side. The closed cell foam can create a water proof barrier when compressed, while the super soft grade foam construction remains extremely flexible and conformable to allow easy sealing of uneven surfaces. After long periods of compression, the foam will recover to its original state. tesa 600 Series foam tape is also resistant to fungi, oxidation and UV, making it suitable in tough conditions. tesa 600 Series foam tape is available in 3.2mm, 6.4mm, 9.5mm and 12.7mm thicknesses in the colour grey

      Product Description

      tesa® 4952 is a double sided PE foam tape, consisting of a highly conformable closed cell PE-foam backing and a tackified acrylic adhesive. The foam tape offers a highly versatile adhesive for high immediate adhesion on numerous types of substrates and high immediate bonding strength even at low bonding pressure. tesa® 4952 features excellent resistance to water, UV and ageing, making it completely suitable for outdoors. The double sided foam tape is capable of compensating different thermal expansions of different materials. tesa® 4952 features very good cold shock absorption. tesa® 4952 is ideally used for constructive mounting applications and has been externally certified for mirror mounting.
      tesa® 4952 has been externally tested and certified for mirror mounting by the LGA institute. Report number IWQ FSG 329 1189. The tape has an immediate peel adhesion: foam splitting on steel, aluminium, ABS, PC, PS, PET, PVC. And a peel adhesion after 14 days: foam splitting on steel, aluminium, ABS, PC, PS, PET, PVC.

      tesa® 749 Series PE Foam – Interior fitout industry, between canopy and tray in recreational vehicles

      Product Description

      tesa® 749 series foam tape is a closed cell polyethylene irradiation cross-linked foam tape with an acrylic adhesive on one side. Irradiation cross-linking ensures consistently high quality. The closed cell foam makes it suitable for keeping out dust and water, while the acrylic adhesive allows for easy application to various surface materials and provides high resistance to environmental factors such as humidity, temperature and UV light.
      tesa® 7495 foam tape is soft, conformable and suitable for use on uneven surfaces. In addition, the sealing foam tape is non-toxic when burnt, non-carcinogenic and will not contaminate food or water. The tesa® 749X foam tape series is available in 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 10mm and 12mm thicknesses

            Product Description

            tesa® 50601 is the ideal sealing tape for various applications including a wide range of enclosures, doors and hatches. The PVC/nitrile closed cell foam has a low compression set, allowing the foam to return to its original size rapidly even after having been compressed for an extended period of time. Additionally, the foam tape is resistant to environmental factors, high temperatures, abrasion, solvents and acids, making it extremely durable and strong.  The acrylic adhesive mass guarantees good adhesion to a number of surfaces, including rough substrates.
