We designed 3M™ High Performance Green Masking Tape 401+ to deliver super-sharp paint lines where surface temperatures can reach up to 250 degrees F/ 121 degrees C. This green crepe paper tape is ideal for critical paint masking applications in automotive, specialty vehicle, and industrial markets, where strong holding and high temp performance is required.

Using our proprietary solvent-free adhesive, the tape sticks instantly to most surfaces, including metal, rubber, glass, and plastic, as well as EPDM type rubber mouldings while removing cleanly in one piece. Our high-strength crepe-paper backing conforms to irregular surfaces, resists bleed through from most industrial paint systems, improves visibility during the paint masking process, and helps you achieve super-sharp paint lines.

Pro Mask Blue 14 Day is a blue fine crepe paper masking tape with a specially formulated pressure-sensitive, synthetic rubber adhesive designed for exposure to sunlight for up to 14 days.
Exhibits easy, clean removal from most surfaces. Excellent conformability as well as smooth backing for superior crisp paint lines and reduced fingertip abrasion. Consistent, easy unwind and resistant to humidity and paint bleed-through. Also has secure adhesion and is stain-resistant.
Use wherever masking is exposed to weather / out-of-doors conditions as well as interior masking of windows (where adhesive will be directly exposed to sunlight). Scotch® Performance Green Masking Tape 233+, is a highly-conformable tape that provides the best adhesive transfer resistance, hugs curves, contours and provides outstanding paint lines. Goes on quickly and easily, sticks at a touch and stays put. Perfectly balanced to give outstanding masking results. Waterborne paint compatible.
3M™ Performance Automotive Masking Tape 233+ features a unique green crepe paper backing that is highly conformable for use on all complex contours of a vehicle. The specially formulated adhesive provides the sharpest paint line on a variety of surfaces, including mouldings, plastic, glass, metal, rubber and painted surfaces. This painter’s tape provides clean removal without slivering for up to two days of outdoor exposure, and longer for indoor exposure. 3M™ Performance Automotive Masking Tape also has excellent Transfer resistance, resistance to paint bleed-through, good adhesion to steel (0.27 n/m width), good tensile strength (1.8 n/m) and good temperature resistance up to 121 ºC for up to 30 minutes. 233+ has better UV resistance than traditional masking tapes and performs consistently under a variety of climactic conditions. It is available in various sizes packaged in bulk and individually wrapped rolls.
